Unlike Word, PowerPoint does not provide a Track Changes reviewing option. If you would like to track changes in a presentation, you should have the reviewer review a working copy of the presentation and then compare the two presentations.
Open up the first PowerPoint file, and click on the Review tab. Then click the Compare button. Choosing Show markup from the review ribbon will allow you to see any comments on individual slides and track changes.
Fit text automatically Click anywhere in the text. On the Format menu, point to AutoFit Text, and do one of the following: To reduce the point size of text until there is no text in overflow, click Shrink Text On Overflow. To shrink or expand text to fit in the text box when you resize the box, click Best Fit.
Using Freeform tool in PowerPoint to Trace Shapes Step 1: Insert the desired picture on your slide. The first step to trace a picture is to insert the picture on your slide. Step 2: Draw free lines over the picture. Step 3: Remove the lines and color the shapes.
PowerPoint automatically saves your presentations to a temporary folder while you are working on them. If you forget to save your changes or if PowerPoint crashes, you can restore the file using AutoRecover.
If you have too much text on a slide, the PowerPoint AutoFit Smart Tag pops up in the bottom-left corner of the text placeholder. The AutoFit Options include choices to stop fitting the text, split the text between two slides, continue on a new slide, or change to two columns.
Try it! Select View Slide Master. Make the text, color, and alignment changes you want. Select Close Master View.
Now lets see how we can put a tracker in a slide. Go to Insert. Click on Shapes. Now you can decide how you want your tracker to look. For instance, I chose an arrow as a tracker, you can see that this arrow will be present in all the subsequent slides in my presentation.
