hello and welcome to GABA Media Im grant Abbott and today Im going to talk about more complex UV unwrapping so for this example and tutorial Ill be talking through how I unwrap an entire set of game models onto one UV map sometimes known as a texture Atlas and Im using the example of the game atlas empires which Im working on at the moment Ill try and keep it as simple as possible but its not really a beginners tutorial but if you know a bit about unwrapping then this can help you with the next steps of unwrapping game models I will explain unwrapping as well for people that use picture based textures or PBR textures but this is mainly for painted textures ok so here is my set of models and theres ten models altogether and its four stone quarry and the way Ive modelled it is that Ive got lots of separate objects in fact if I select them all and go into edit mode you can see the makeup of the objects theyre fairly basic and simple theres a bit more complexity in the stones
