On the Layout tab, in the Cell Size group, click AutoFit. Do one of the following. To adjust column width automatically, click AutoFit Contents. To adjust table width automatically, click AutoFit Window.
As you can see, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd use -st, -nd, and -rd, but 4th-20th use -th. Follow this pattern for the numbers moving forward: 21st, 31st, 41st, etc. all use -st like 1st.
Press Ctrl+A to select all the text in your document. Click Home > Shrink Font one or more times. As you click Shrink Font, Word decreases the size of every font in your document. Click View > Reading View to see if you shrank the text enough.
