Hey everyone, were gonna create some comic book images out of photos in Photoshop. Lets get started! Heres some cool guys, Ill use the Polygonal Lasso Tool to cut em out and create a mask. Right click and convert it to a Smart Object, then use Shadows and Highlights with the shadows all the way up to bring out the detail in the shadows. Right click and delete that smart object mask, we dont need that. Next, were gonna smooth it out with the Camera Raw Filter - Noise Reduction turned all the way up and Detail all the way down. I want it even smoother - Camera Raw Filter again. Same thing, but this time Im also gonna use the Saturation slider to get all the color out. Next up, were gonna use the Oil Paint Filter to smooth it even more. Crank it all the way up, even if it makes people look weird.
