You can see the cursor blinking in that. Lets say we want to setup specific margins. First to actually see what the margins are set to you want to go to the Sidebar here. Go to Document. Then in the document area of the Sidebar you can find Document Margins. You can see here they are set to one inch all the way around, top, bottom, left, right. Now if you actually want to see the margins on the page we can. We can actually do that one of two ways. The first way is to go to View and lets Show Ruler. This will show the ruler here at the top of the page. Im going to zoom out a little bit to 75%.

On Pages page, click the Actions context menu. for the respective page and select Revision History. In page content editing mode, in the toolbar, click Revision History.
Turn on tracking: Choose Edit Track Changes (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen). If the review toolbar is showing above your document, you can also click Track Changes in the toolbar. , then choose Turn Off Tracking. You must either accept or reject all changes before you can turn tracking off.
Pages automatically saves your document as you work and gives it a default name. At any time, you can rename the document or create a copy of it with a different name.
For all changes in a range of text: Select the text, then click Accept or Reject in the review toolbar. All tracked changes within the range are accepted or rejected at once. in the review toolbar, then choose Accept All Changes or Reject All Changes.
On Pages page, click the Actions context menu. for the respective page and select Revision History. In page content editing mode, in the toolbar, click Revision History.
Replace found text Click. in the toolbar, then choose Show Find Replace. Click. Enter a word or phrase in the first field. Enter the replacement word or phrase in the second field. Use the buttons at the bottom of the Find Replace window to review and change the text matches:
in the toolbar, then choose Edit Page Templates. Select the page template you want to edit in the sidebar on the left. Do any of the following: Modify existing design elements: Select any design elements on the page, then delete them, or edit them using any available formatting controls in the Format sidebar.
Mark up files on Mac When using Quick Look on your Mac, click the Markup tool . Or when using Quick Actions, choose Markup. Use the tools listed below to mark up an image or a PDF document on your Mac. The tools that are available vary depending on the type of file. When youre finished, click Done.
