Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can edit a PDF using Microsoft Word, and as full disclosure before we jump into this, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. All right, well letamp;#39;s jump on the desktop. Here I am on my desktop, and I have a PDF file called certificate. Iamp;#39;m going to go ahead and click on that and I have this nice certificate that I found online. Itamp;#39;s a PDF file and I run a company and I have some employees who I want to celebrate. You know, instead of giving people a pay raise, Iamp;#39;m just going to give him this paper certificate and hopefully that makes them satisfied with this company. No, really, Iamp;#39;d probably just give him more money, I think that makes people happy and maybe throw the certificate in too, but hereamp;#39;s the certificate and unfortunately, itamp;#39;s a PDF and I canamp;#39;t edit the name of the recipient. How to save a PDF of a web page Open the print menu by pressing Ctrl+P. Under the Printer drop-down menu, select Microsoft Print to PDF or Save as PDF. Click Print. When prompted, choose where you want to save the file.

Why cant I save a PDF after editing? While not being able to save a file after editing could be due to missing updates, there are other settings that may need to be adjusted. The file might be Read-only or being used by someone else.
