Step 1: Open WPS Office and create a new blank document where you can prepare your email newsletter. Step 2: Utilize WPS AI to generate a product launch letter automatically for your customers. Step 3: Once your document is ready, navigate to the Reference tab and click on the Mail Merge option in the ribbon menu.
Method 1: Renaming with WPS Offices Built-in Feature Select Batch Rename Files in WPS Office. Drag and select the files you want to rename in the left window. Use the icons or drag and drop to adjust the file order if needed. In the Unified Name section, enter the theme name (e.g., sales records).
Open File Explorer by going to My Computer, or by pressing Windows Key + E on your keyboard. Find the file you want to rename, select it and select Rename on the ribbon (or press F2 on your keyboard). Type the new name you want the file to have and press Enter.
