foreign mail when Iamp;#39;m creating a a mail message or Iamp;#39;m hitting reply or Iamp;#39;m hitting forward one of the key things that I can do in Outlook is if I type the ad symbol I can start typing peopleamp;#39;s names this is looking at my address book so itamp;#39;s not just members of my team I can add Andrew from my team I email frequently with Tony so Tony is an option there and I can quickly and easily build that out right in line while Iamp;#39;m doing it without having to necessarily navigate up to the two line when I at mention somebody it automatically adds them to the to line of the email now more importantly if I have a larger email that Iamp;#39;m sending out to a group of people or maybe Tony has emailed me and I need to get Andrew to do something as a result I can reply and I can hit Andrew please do the following not only does it quickly and easily add him as a recipient to the mail but it also allows for inline Andrew can see exactly what I want
