you can enter pairing mode whether your headset is on or off to enter pairing mode hold the power button for 4 seconds please note that the LED will flash three times as the headset is being powered on or off be sure to hold the button until the LED flashes alternating red and blue to cancel pairing tap the power button once the LED will stop flashing
