prehab before acl surgery is critical i like to work on patella mobility which helps with pain control and range of motion i also like to work on knee flexion and extension range of motion and try to normalize that just prior to the surgery a follow-up the range of motion with some electrical stimulation to the quadricep muscle will work on flexion ab duction to work on the hip and also the quads and follow that up with hip adduction to work on the muscles on the inside of the hip following the table exercises i like to work on some standing and weight bearing exercises like a mini squat to tolerance and weamp;#39;ll try to correct any shifts that we observe to make him more symmetrical after some weight-bearing exercise i like to work on gait so trying to get him to bear weight on his leg equally through some cone walking and follow that up with some cardiovascular exercises like the bike to kind of help the patient get a little sweat
