we usually attach images in title block as an xre so if you attach it as an xref it will remain linked with the original Source if you delete the original image wherever it is it will show an error here to get rid of this problem well first let me remove this and now Iamp;#39;ll go to the actual image which is on my desktop so Iamp;#39;ll open it in paint now select the image contrl C and just go back to AutoCAD and here go to home paste paste to special now here select paste and bit map okay select and we are done now this is not attached as an xrf it is basically a simple image as you can see itamp;#39;s not here and also you can resize it if you want and if you donamp;#39;t like the frame well you can hide it using O E frame option after hiding the image use the value of zero to hide the frame and also type re regenerate command to remove the border and thatamp;#39;s how you can attach image in aad as a native file subscribe for more such tips
