have you ever dealt with the tenants mine was the first tenant I ever rented though he explained to me that his wife was the one who worked so all the income ran through her bank account his credit was really bad her credit was bad but I just figured you know what they seem like nice people so I rented to them after about a year give or take the propertys value had gone up and I wanted to do a Cash out refinance and so I had to have an appraiser go by the property and the guy wont let him in the garage hes like well you know Im growing roses in the garage I dont want them to get the wrong idea and Im like is it weed hes like thats weed but its legal but federally it was still illegal the guy basically told me no one else is coming in the property and he stopped paying rent after he missed his rent served him with that notice through an eviction company they came up and they knocked on his door and he pulled out a shotgun whoa I told the guy to get off the property or hes shoo

Appealing an order An appeal of an order may only be made on a question of law. In general, this means a person must believe LTB s order was not a reasonable interpretation or application of the law. An appeal to Divisional Court must be filed within 30 days of the date the order was issued.
You need to file a Request to Review an Order within 30 days of the date of the order. There is a $58.00 fee. You must explain in detail the error you believe the member made, and specify the changes you think should be made to the order.
If the landlord gives a tenant notice to end the tenancy and the tenant does not move out, the landlord can apply to the LTB for an order evicting the tenant. The tenant has the right to go to a hearing and explain why they should not be evicted or ask for more time to move out.

You can ask the Landlord and Tenant Board (the Board) to use subsection 83(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act to deny or delay your eviction based on compassionate grounds. The Board must consider relief from eviction in every landlord application seeking to evict a tenant.
