To unlock an annotation, first select it. Then click the Unlock icon from the tool bar or use the pop-up menu again, this time choosing Unlock. Now the annotation can be moved or deleted.
Open your PDF document with docHub Reader. Click on the Comment or Review tab on the right side of the window. Select the annotation tool you want to use (e.g., highlight, underline, text comment, sticky note). Click or drag your mouse to annotate the text or area of the PDF where you want to add the annotation.
How to edit PDF files: Open a file in Acrobat. Click the Edit PDF tool in the right pane. Use Acrobat editing tools: Add new text, edit text or update fonts using selections from the Format list. Save your edited PDF: Name your file and click the Save button. Thats it.
Selecting Annotations To select an annotation, use the Select tool under Tool Select or the Lasso tool under Tool Lasso Select. Click a single annotation in order to select it.
Select multiple annotations of the same or different types. The annotations are selected. Make changes to the annotations using the Annotations context tab. The annotations are dynamically updated. Right-click and select Edit Properties. The Annotations dialog box opens. Make changes to the annotations. Click OK.
Export as PDF and enable the legend Switch to the Work breakdown Progress in case you hadnt already done so. Call File Export Select Image Select custom as a watermark. Click onto the magnifying glass and upload the image which should be used as legend. Select an appropriate position.
Editing Text To edit a text annotation, click the text (if the text tool is active) or select the annotation and double-click the text. End your editing by pressing the Esc key or by clicking outside the text field.
