all right so you guys wanted to know how to format your references in hanging indent and how to alphabetize your references all right itamp;#39;s simple and easy what youamp;#39;re going to do is we are going to select all the references that we have and we will go to paragraph the on Mac you can do it by right-click go to paragraph then you see here where it says special click on this drop-down it says hanging and then line spacing because your line spacing has to be double so weamp;#39;ll have to pick double here thatamp;#39;s it and youamp;#39;re going to click OK so now you see all your references are in hanging indent the way it should be but they are not alphabetized all these references need to be alphabetized so what we are going to do again we are going to select all the references because we need to put all of them in alphabetical order and you see on the top here where it says a to Z you will click on this and leave paragraph the way it is and then youamp;#39;re going

Part 2: How to Reset WPS Office Settings Step 1: Open WPS Office. Launch WPS Office on your Windows 10 computer. Step 2: Access Global Settings. Click on the 3 lines located in the top-right corner of the window. Step 3: Click on Settings. Step 4: Reset Settings. Step 5: Confirmation. Step 6: Restart WPS Office.
If WPS Spreadsheets is unable to open the file, try opening it in another spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice Calc. This may help you recover some of the data in the file. If the file still cannot be opened in another spreadsheet software, it means that the file is corrupted.
Step 1: Access your WPS Office account and navigate to the cloud storage section. Step 2: Locate the backup file containing your unsaved Word document. Step 3: Select the file and choose the option to restore it. Step 4: Follow the prompts to complete the restoration process seamlessly.

This is the command version of the tool we looked at above. Use the SFC /scannow command. Change the file format. Use file repair software.
Click the Tool tab, then click File Repair.In the pop-up dialog box, click Repair damaged file to add the error file. You can also drag the file directly to the WPS Files Repair interface, which supports multi-format files such as doc, ppt, and xls. Next, WPS Files Repair will analyze the document.
