Haha! Thatamp;#39;s one of the crazier things Iamp;#39;ve done! Now I have conjoined spools! Coming up right after this, Iamp;#39;ll show you the cool tool that makes this possible! Im Bryan, and YOU are watching BV3D! Hello, 3D Printing Friends, and welcome back! Today on the BV3D Channel, were getting a look at this cool tool for 3D printing, the Sunlu Filament Connector. Thanks to Sunlu for sending this over so we could get a chance to play with it. Weamp;#39;ll see whatamp;#39;s in the box (spoiler, itamp;#39;s not much), and see what itamp;#39;s for and what you can do with it (besides a silly video intro). Weamp;#39;ll also see how to use it, and Iamp;#39;ll show you something I printed with the resulting filament. Okay! So first, letamp;#39;s get this fine filament fuser free from its fiberboard fixture (that is, the cardboard box). I apparently aspire to be all about alliteration today; an appreciative hat-tip to the master, Zach Freedman. A

Some of the most effective mechanical methods used include sandblasting, wire brushing or abrasion with sandpaper or emery cloth. The surfaces must be cleaned both before and after abrasion in order to remove any pre-existing contaminants on the surface.
The color of the bottle material also affects UV absorption and therefore its adhesion. In order to obtain good adhesion of the ink to the substrate, the bottle must be polarized so that the surface tension of the bottle docHubes not less than 3.810-2N/m (generally speaking, the ink has good adhesion to the substrate).
Just above the circuit board on most printer cartridges, youll find a small button. Youve seen these tiny buttons before on cell phones, phone chargers, etc. This is your reset button, and the only way to get in there is either with a paper clip or the tip of a pen (which will leave a tiny ink smudge on the button).
Poor ink adhesion is most commonly a function of mismatching the ink series to the substrate. Where there are many different substrates there are also multiple ink chemistries, pre-treatments, additives and post cure methods available to meet customer expectations.
Remanufactured/Own Brand/Compatible these are remanufactured from previously used original ink and toner cartridges. The empty cartridges are sent back to a remanufacturing plant, where the cartridge housing is refurbished. Most of the internal components are replaced and the cartridge is refilled with new ink toner.
In order to improve the adhesion performance with the ink, some printing materials must be treated with flame on the surface. If it is a metal material, it must be degreased and dust-removed before printing. After printing, it should be dried ing to the temperature required by the ink.
Just add water to the jar and the ink will become liquid again. If you are in a hurry, crush the ink into small pieces, add water and stir. Voila you have ink. If you have a few hours, add water and stir occasionally.
