i modified the tray just to reiterate weve tried the training item we can see his front teeth are now completely clear weve got a window where the anterior loose teeth would be imagine adams will loose teeth okay so now as with any tray you need to modify it to make sure it fits were going to fill in the void in the palette and the void is buckling so standard process here a piece of standard sheet modelling wax nothing fancy you could use impression compound you dont need to so you would do this if the patient had the dangerous gaps you would use compound so just warm some wax up place it in the palette place it high place it soft dont be patient tell them its going to be warm in the palette stretch the face push up and now the wax is now pressing against the pallet watch the patients eyes hes not crying it doesnt hurt thats filled in the gap in the palate now we know its going to be short buckley so were going to add some wax buckling earlier fold the wax in this case we
