using the selection tool ill select this object to proportionally scale the frame click and drag a corner while holding down the shift key click on the donut graphic to target the image within the frame to proportionally scale the image click and drag a corner while holding down the shift key i want to again select the frame so ill click away to deselect and then reselect now to proportionately scale a frame and the image it contains simultaneously click and drag a corner while holding down the shift key and the command or the control key i hope that helps catch you later
