[Music] this is my knife collection and ive got a dirty little secret [Music] hows it going guys and welcome to a borrowed spot more on that at the end of the video but im here today to tell you about a kink in my knife ownership armor and that is knife sharpening so like a lot of you i learned how to sharpen a knife on a sharpening stone as a kid carried knives ever since i was like seven or eight unlike most of you though i would assume i never really advanced past the sharpening stone so knives for me are tools even with such a big collection as long as theyre serviceable and sharp i dont really care too much about mirrored edges i dont really care too much about like razor razor sharp like fine edge stuff theres some amazing people out there that do incredible stuff with sharpening and ive just never went that direction i worked at a place for a few years where i had access to basically every sharpener you could imagine if you name it ive used it ive learned how to use it
