Choose a template Open Pages and click the New Document button in the dialog, or choose File New from the Pages menu at the top of the screen. In the template chooser, scroll to find a template for the type of document (or envelope) you want to create, then double-click the template to open it.
Open Pages, choose File New, then double-click the template you want to use as the basis for a new template. Custom templates appear in the My Templates category in the template chooser.
Every time you save a document, Pages saves it as a new version. As a result, you can browse earlier versions, save a copy of an earlier version, or restore a document to an earlier version.
Undo the last action: Choose Edit Undo (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-Z on your keyboard. Redo the last action you undid: Choose Edit Redo, or press Command-Shift-Z.
Add an annotation in Pages To add an annotation with Apple Pencil, tap anywhere on the page, then tap the annotation tool in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. Tap the annotation tool again to choose which annotation tool you want to use: Add your annotations. You can also annotate with a different color:
