This webcast is the fifth in a series on evidence-informed public health. It covers defining problems, literature search, critical appraisal, and synthesizing information relevant to specific populations. The focus now shifts to adaptation, emphasizing the importance of considering additional factors before implementing a new intervention or discontinuing an existing one. A tool called the Applicability and Transferability Tool has been developed and is available on their website, accompanied by a paper explaining its systematic development. Furthermore, a one-page process guide is provided to assist users in applying the tool for each intervention under consideration.
