Using a tightrope drill pin, create a tunnel at the center of the femoral ACL footprint. Pass a fiberlink suture tape through the eyelet of the ACL tightrope drill pin for later use. Load the fiber ring through a fastpass scorpion suture passer and pass it through the intact remnant of the ACL. Cinch down the fiber ring to form a luggage tag stitch and add multiple fiber ring sutures as needed. Cut the fiber ring shuttle loop just below the splice and load the tiger wire leader suture. Shuttle the leader suture through the luggage tagged fiber ring suture.
