In the Categories box, select Date and Time. In the Field names box, select CreateDate, PrintDate, or SaveDate.
How to accept or reject all tracked changes in a Word document at once. To accept all tracked changes in the document in one operation, select Review tab Accept Accept All Changes. If you want to turn off Track Changes at the same time, select Review tab Accept Accept All Changes and Stop Tracking.
Adding a Footer Click the Insert tab. Click Footer. Click the type of footer you want to add. If you want to include a page number in your footer, click Page Number. Click Page Number. If you want to include the date or time (or both) in your footer, click Date Time to open the Date and Time dialog.
Ensure your cursor is in the Footer of your document. Then go to the Insert tab and select Field from the Quick Parts drop-down. Quick Parts contains quite a number of fields you can choose from. There is SaveDate which is also helpful if you want to always have the last saved date appear somewhere in your document.
