just going to do a quick video um regarding a 1.6 tdi golf um 2010 cayc engine uh its the 77 kilowatt slightly different than the cay b its got the uh manifold flap runner um this came in with a misfire and a code relating to open circuit on an injector so we changed this out and the client didnt want to buy a new injector we got a secondhand ejector room um obviously i would change your nozzle washer boring etc and always a new uh stretch bolt on the injection clamp and talk to uh to specs i think its something like eight newton meters by 180 degrees but thats very important its torque correctly um the next thing to do is to code the injector with the offset code and the siemens county its like a six-digit chord you want to see it on this id say its up on the top there and so you use vcds thats what im using and go into engine and the first thing were going to need to do is select security access um put in that code for adaption and enabling adaption channel injector 2 i
