Jesus said just as the father has sent me even so I am sending you he is sending us to share the good news of the gospel to a lost and broken world this is the cause Jesus has called us to but one of our challenges is that even though we might have good intentions about sharing this good news with our friends we oftentimes dont even know how to start so heres a simple idea to help you be more purposeful about sharing Jesus its called the cause circle and its built around three simple priorities that Jesus lived out in his earthly ministry these same priorities will help you effectively share your faith prayer care and share lets start with prayer during his ministry Jesus often headed off to be alone so he could pray he knew that before he could talk to people about God he needed to talk to God about people and the same is true for us when we start by praying for those we are seeking to docHub it prepares their hearts to hear the good news of Jesus but Jesus soon stopped with praye

3. Most people with end-stage heart failure have a life expectancy of less than 1 year.
Common tests to identify congestive heart failure, its stage and its cause include: Blood tests. Cardiac catheterization. Chest X-ray. Echocardiogram. Heart MRI (magnetic resonance imaging). Cardiac computed tomography (CT). Electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG). Multigated Acquisition Scan (MUGA scan).
Vicious cycle of heart failure; where activation of the sympathetic and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone systems contributes to a progressive deterioration in cardiac function. Renal nerves contain afferent, sensory and efferent, sympathetic nerve fibers.
The heart reactions consist in a series of adaptative mechanisms in order to maintain its pump function: Frank-Starling mechanism, myocardial hypertrophy and neurohumoral activation. In heart failure, the cardiac output is maintained by an increase of the preload which enhances the contractility (Frank-Starling law).
Symptoms can develop quickly (acute heart failure) or gradually over weeks or months (chronic heart failure).
As the disease progresses, some patients are even short of breath at complete rest and require added oxygen to breathe. Heart failure also affects the kidneys ability to dispose of sodium and water. This retained water also increases swelling in the bodys tissues (edema), which is a vicious cycle.
Compensation in the body The bodys hormone and nervous systems try to make up for this. They increase blood pressure, hold on to salt (sodium) and water in the body, and increase the heart rate. These responses are the bodys attempt to compensate for the poor blood circulation and the backup of blood.
As the condition worsens, shortness of breath may occur when at rest or asleep. These periods of breathlessness may leave you feeling exhausted and anxious. Fatigue As heart failure becomes more severe, the heart is unable to pump the amount of blood required to meet all of the bodys needs.
Patients with congestive heart failure have a high incidence of sudden cardiac death that is attributed to ventricular arrhythmias. The mortality rate in a group of patients with class III and IV heart failure is about 40% per year, and half of the deaths are sudden.
