hi this is a demo on how to do the ufly foundationamp;#39;s blending drill thatamp;#39;s step four in the lesson plan Iamp;#39;m going to be using an example from lesson number five which is VC and CVC words uh the blending drill okay so the blending drill is intended to reinforce our students ability to decode and more specifically to help them learn to blend sounds together to form words so with speaking students this is just a demo that we would do we would show them we would be putting letters up on our board and we would be blending them together slowly and demonstrating that for our non-speaking students we can ask them to use the voice in their head to blend along with us but to make this more engaging for them and to give them an active role in participating what we can do is actually offer them choices to put some of those graphemes up on the board so Iamp;#39;m going to show you just a quick demonstration of how to do that you can set up the blending board with them first
