On the Drawing Tools tab, in the Insert Shapes group, click Edit Text. Type the text that you want. To change the text formatting, select the text, click the Home tab, and then change the font, size, color, or any other attribute that you want to change.
You can review and edit changes in the Comments Changes sidebar on the left side of the Pages window. in the toolbar, then choose Show Comments Changes Pane.
With the current version of your document open, choose File Revert To Browse All Versions (from the File menu at the top of your screen). The timeline for the document opens. The current version appears in the window on the left. Earlier versions appear in the window on the right.
After you add a photo or graphic to your document, you can crop it, remove parts you dont want, and make adjustments to its background and exposure.
Edit points in a shape Select the shape that you want to edit. On the Shape Format (or Format) tab, click Edit Shape. , and then click Edit Points. Drag one of the vertexes that outline the shape.
Click a custom shape to select it, then choose Format Shapes and Lines Save to My Shapes (from the Format menu at the top of your screen). The shape is saved in the My Shapes category of the shapes library, which appears only when you have custom shapes.
Set the page orientation In the Document sidebar, click the Document tab at the top. Select a page orientation (portrait or landscape). You can use only one page orientation for your document.
After you add a shape to a page, you can customize the shape in a number of ways. For example, you can change the standard five-point star into a twenty-point starburst and adjust how rounded the corners of a square are. You can also add text inside a shape and fill a shape with color or an image.
