How to Get a P60. If you are an employee, your employer is responsible for providing you with a P60 by the end of the tax year. Your employer may send it electronically or as a hard copy. You can also get your P60 information online by creating an HMRC personal tax account.
Ask your employer for a replacement P60. If you cannot get a replacement from them, you can either: use your personal tax account to view or print the information that was on the P60. contact HMRC and ask for the information that was on the P60.
If you do not have a P60 If you cannot get a P60 from your employer, you can either: use your personal tax account to view or print the information that would be on the P60. contact HM Revenue and Customs ( HMRC ) and ask for the information that would be on the P60.
If you want to print a Plain Paper P60, then you can find it under Reports Year End Electronic P60. This is a perfectly legal document and you do NOT have to print P60s on official HMRC stationery. HMRC also allow for this report to be exported to a . PDF format and emailed to the employee.
As mentioned above, not all expats will receive a W-2. However, many countries have their own equivalent. Some examples include: Great Britain: Form P60.
