Create your US Affidavit from scratch

Step 1: Start off by launching DocHub.

Start by setting up a free DocHub account using any offered sign-up method. If you already have one, simply log in.

Step 2: Sign up for a free 30-day trial.

Step 3: Build a new empty form.

In your dashboard, hit the New Document button > scroll down and hit Create Blank Document. You will be taken to the editor.

Utilize the Page Controls icon indicated by the arrow to switch between two page views and layouts for more flexibility.

Step 5: Begin by inserting fields to create the dynamic US Affidavit.

Navigate through the top toolbar to place document fields. Insert and arrange text boxes, the signature block (if applicable), insert images, etc.

Step 6: Prepare and customize the incorporated fields.

Configure the fillable areas you incorporated per your chosen layout. Customize each field's size, font, and alignment to ensure the form is straightforward and professional.

Step 7: Finalize and share your document.

Save the ready-to-go copy in DocHub or in platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox, or design a new US Affidavit. Distribute your form via email or get a public link to engage with more people.
