Create your Motion Document from scratch

Step 1: Get started with DocHub.

Start by signing up for a free DocHub account using any available sign-up method. Simply log in if you already have one.

Step 2: Sign up for a 30-day free trial.

Try out the entire set of DocHub's pro tools by registering for a free 30-day trial of the Pro plan and proceed to build your Motion Document.

Step 3: Add a new empty doc.

In your dashboard, click the New Document button > scroll down and choose to Create Blank Document. You’ll be redirected to the editor.

Step 4: Organize the document’s view.

Utilize the Page Controls icon indicated by the arrow to switch between different page views and layouts for more flexibility.

Step 5: Begin by adding fields to create the dynamic Motion Document.

Navigate through the top toolbar to add document fields. Add and configure text boxes, the signature block (if applicable), add photos, and other elements.

Step 6: Prepare and configure the added fields.

Organize the fields you added based on your preferred layout. Customize the size, font, and alignment to make sure the form is user-friendly and polished.

Step 7: Finalize and share your template.

Save the ready-to-go copy in DocHub or in platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox, or craft a new Motion Document. Send out your form via email or get a public link to engage with more people.
