Create your Formation Package from scratch

Step 1: Log in to DocHub to create your Formation Package.

First, sign in to your DocHub account. If you don't have one, you can simply sign up for free.

Step 2: Head to the dashboard.

Once logged in, head to your dashboard. This is your central hub for all document-focused processes.

Step 3: Launch new document creation.

In your dashboard, hit New Document in the upper left corner. Opt for Create Blank Document to craft the Formation Package from scratch.

Step 4: Add template elements.

Add various items like text boxes, images, signature fields, and other elements to your template and assign these fields to specific individuals as required.

Step 5: Fine-tune your document.

Personalize your template by adding instructions or any other essential information using the text option.

Step 6: Review and modify the document.

Carefully check your created Formation Package for any typos or necessary adjustments. Utilize DocHub's editing tools to perfect your document.

Step 7: Distribute or export the document.

After completing, save your copy. You can select to keep it within DocHub, transfer it to various storage platforms, or forward it via a link or email.
