If youre already a licensed real estate agent in D.C., the District of Columbia Real Estate Commission may recognize your salesperson or broker status from a different state. This expedited licensing process is called reciprocity, and when used, will cost you less time and money to become an agent in D.C.
Schedule the DC real estate licensing examination by visiting .psiexams.com or call PSI at (800) 733-9267. Be sure to request either Broker or Salesperson state exam only.
