The New York State Courts Electronic Filing System (NYSCEF) is a means of filing and serving legal documents electronically with various courts, including the Surrogates Court, Supreme Court and the Court of Claims.

For most Family Courts, you can submit your petition in person, online through the Electronic Document Delivery System (EDDS) or New York State Courts Electronic Filing (NYSCEF), or by mail. If you are not sure which method you can use, contact the Family Court directly.
Click on Choose file or Browse to select the document you wish to attach. Note at this time you may only submit documents in PDF/a format. After you have completed all fields for the first document you can click on Add another document to continue adding and uploading additional evidence documents.
User Roles Log into the app. Tap on My Learners. Tap on a Learner. Tap on Evidence. Tap on the file. Tap upload.
