You can get a replacement card at your nearest VA medical center. Youll need to bring your drivers license, passport, or other government ID. If you dont bring another ID, well need to verify your identity with a series of questions before we can give you a new card.
Find an original or certified copy of your military discharge certificate (DD214). If you need assistance obtaining your military records, then contact any County Veteran Service Officer (CVSO) Visit Any CVSO. Take your DD214 and government identification to any CVSO to obtain your Veteran Status Verification Form.
Will my Veteran ID Card replace my other military ID cards? No. Your Veteran ID Card wont replace your Veteran Health Identification Card or your Department of Defense ID Card.
