If you can check Prometric Prometric information email sent to you when you first registered, your Prometric ID and name will be displayed in the body of the email.
Can I start my Prometric exam early?
You may be allowed to start your exam early if a seat is available. You will not be allowed to test if you arrive later than 30 minutes after your appointment start time and a seat is unavailable to accommodate your full testing time.
Can you reschedule a Prometric exam?
Yes. Many test appointments can be cancelled and/or rescheduled through the Prometric Web site. From the Prometric.com home page, click on the button for what youd like to do (either cancel or reschedule). Then, simply follow the on-screen instructions which will walk you through the process, step by step.
