Create your Leap Application Form from scratch

Step 1: Start off by launching DocHub.

Start by signing up for a free DocHub account using any available sign-up method. Simply log in if you already have one.

Step 2: Register for a free 30-day trial.

Try out the entire suite of DocHub's pro features by signing up for a free 30-day trial of the Pro plan and proceed to build your Leap Application Form.

Step 3: Add a new blank document.

In your dashboard, choose the New Document button > scroll down and choose to Create Blank Document. You’ll be redirected to the editor.

Step 4: Organize the document’s view.

Utilize the Page Controls icon indicated by the arrow to toggle between two page views and layouts for more flexibility.

Step 5: Begin by inserting fields to create the dynamic Leap Application Form.

Explore the top toolbar to place document fields. Add and format text boxes, the signature block (if applicable), add photos, and other elements.

Step 6: Prepare and configure the added fields.

Organize the fillable areas you added based on your preferred layout. Adjust the size, font, and alignment to ensure the form is easy to use and professional.

Step 7: Finalize and share your form.

Save the finalized copy in DocHub or in platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox, or create a new Leap Application Form. Share your form via email or utilize a public link to reach more people.
