To run a PDF accessibility checker: Open your PDF and go to View Tools Accessibility Open. The Accessibility Checker will open in the task pane. Select Full Check After the check has run, the results will appear in the Accessibility Checker panel.
Select Tools Accessibility Full Check then read the report and follow the prompts. The report lists items in various categories such as Document, Page Content, etc. Each item is preceded by an icon indicating that the item either passes, fails, or requires manual inspection.

Quality of Alt-text for images The Acrobat accessibility checker cannot determine if the Alt-text on images is sufficient or appropriate Alt-text or not. It could be too long or verbose. It also cannot tell if the Alt-text on an image should not be there and that image should instead be ignored by assistive technology.
