okay so first of all I have this table here in Excel and Iamp;#39;m going to select the whole table and then copy it and paste it into a Word document but youamp;#39;ll see the table doesnamp;#39;t fit inside of the page itamp;#39;s hanging off of the edge so Iamp;#39;m going to try a few different tricks in order to get it to fit first of all select the whole table and then go to layout and autofit and then autofit window and this will force the table to fit inside of the page borders but this messes up some of the words and the numbers so I walk next try and adjust the column width you can do this two ways either by selecting the border and dragging it and that changes the column width but not the width of the table or you can hover over the top of the column until you get a black downwards pointing arrow and then click and that will select the whole of the column and then use the width box up here to change the size of the column and this also changes the width of the table so

Using the Insert Tab Open your document and find the Insert tab at the top menu. Click it and a drop-down menu will appear with various options. Select Page Break to insert a page break at the current cursor position. Try Blank Page or Cover Page for a blank page or a pre-designed template.
Select the View tab in Microsoft Word and click on One Page in the Views section. To go back to the regular view, use the shortcut Ctrl+Alt+P. To maximize this feature, heres what to do: Use One Page view when designing layouts it gives you an idea of how each page looks.
From the Layout tab, click Size. Select More Paper Sizes from the drop-down menu. The Page Setup dialog box will appear. Adjust the values for Width and Height, then click OK.
On the page AFTER the TOC or whatever is the last page in the first section, put your cursor in the header/footer, UN-check the box for link to previous, and go to Insert Page numbers. When the page number is entered it will show up as 3. Right-click on that number and select Page number options.
