WHAT IS MPIN? 6-digit Transaction PIN [MPIN] is used to authorize any transaction (both financial and non- financial) carried out in mobile banking app which is different from App 6 digit passcode. You Page 2 can create your own MPIN during activation of mobile banking by using debit card details.
A: User can access MPIN Management (Forgot MPIN) from hamburger menu of NBP Mobile Banking or use forgot MPIN option from settings tab in Internet Banking to create the new MPIN.

You can get your 6-digit MPIN by following these steps: Navigate to the Generate MPIN option on your banks app. Enter the last six digits of your debit card number and the expiry date. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to authenticate MPIN generation. Enter the MPIN you desire and click on Submit.

Q. How to add Beneficiary on NBP Mobile Banking / Internet Banking? A: After Login, user will go to Beneficiary Management option, and selects transaction type enters required details of Beneficiary then press submit button, user will then enter MPIN for successful addition of beneficiary.
