hello my name is Paul miners welcome back to another one of my productivity training videos in this video I want to share some tips on how to organize Apple notes Iamp;#39;ve made a few videos on Apple notes in the past Iamp;#39;ll link up here a video I made a little while ago about how I use Apple notes and how Iamp;#39;ve gone paperless using Apple notes but one of the questions that I often get and itamp;#39;s probably the biggest question you need to answer when you first get started using Apple notes is how do I organize all of my notes there are a few tools like folders tags and smart folders that we can use to organize our Apple nodes and of course it goes without saying Iamp;#39;m just sharing kind of the system that works for me but really you can organize Apple notes however you like Iamp;#39;m just going to share kind of my thought process behind when to use notebooks versus tags and that kind of thing if you have any questions feel free to leave me a comment below an

In the Notes app , you can send a copy of a note to a friend. You can also invite people to collaborate in real time on a note or on a folder of notes in iCloud, and everyone will see the latest changes.
Write and format notes on Mac In the Notes app on your Mac, in the sidebar, click the folder where you want to put the note. If you dont see the sidebar: Choose View Show Folders. Click the New Note button in the toolbar (or use the Touch Bar). Type your note. You can use typing suggestions, if available.
Make sure youre using iCloud Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on all of your devices. iCloud allows you to store, share and collaborate on notes across devices. Some Notes collaboration features wont work unless both users are signed in to iCloud.
To start collaborating: Sign in to iCloud on your device, then turn on iCloud Drive for Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. With your document open, click or tap the Share button. in the toolbar, choose Collaborate from the pop-up menu, then choose how you want to invite others.
My favourites Create new note: Cmd + N works only within Notes. Create new QuickNote: Fn + Q works from anywhere on MacOS (if you didnt change the default keyboard settings) Link other notes: Show attachments browser: Cmd + Shift + A. Hide/show sidebar: Cmd + Option + S. Find in currently opened note: Cmd + F.
In the Notes app on your Mac, click the Share button , then choose Collaborate from the pop-up menu. Click the right arrow under the pop-up menu to choose who can view and make changes to the note (only people you invite, or anyone with the link). Click the group. The note appears in the group conversation in Messages.
You can also quickly access Notes from Control Center. Go to Settings Control Center, and add Notes. Then open Control Center and tap Notes to create a note. Or, just ask Siri to Start a new note.
