so to convert binary data into image form you need two bits of information you need the resolution and the color depth without those two things you canamp;#39;t work this out okay so the reason being you always start from the top left-hand corner of an image so if you know the color depth you know how many of these bits represent one pixel so in our example weamp;#39;ve said two so we know the third top left-hand corner should be one more and then the next pixel should be 0 0 then 0 0 then 0 1 etc and you would keep going and draw these pixels in a line across the screen because of the resolution in our example here is 4 by 4 pixels we know that after Iamp;#39;ve displayed 4 pixels I need to move on to the next line and carry on and then once Iamp;#39;ve done four more I move on to the next line and carry on if you write these this binary data out in picture form by using the resolution in the color depth you come up with this image here and thatamp;#39;s half the job done then al

The RGB triplet (11111111, 11111111, 11110000) corresponds to the color Vivid Yellow based on the hexadecimal representation of the RGB values. In the RGB color model, colors are represented by combining Red, Green, and Blue components, each ranging from 0 to 255 (or 00 to FF in hexadecimal).
The binary number 11111111 is equal to the decimal number 255.
How can an image be represented in binary? Bitmap images are made up of individual pixels. The colour of each pixel is represented as a binary number so the whole image is therefore stored as a series of binary numbers. In the example on the right the animation zooms into the small image to show the individual pixels.
A binary image is one that consists of pixels that can have one of exactly two colors, usually black and white. Binary images are also called bi-level or two-level, Pixelart made of two colours is often referred to as 1-Bit or 1bit. This means that each pixel is stored as a single biti.e., a 0 or 1.
Approach: Read the image from the location. As a colored image has RGB layers in it and is more complex, convert it to its Grayscale form first. Set up a Threshold mark, pixels above the given mark will turn white, and below the mark will turn black.
For example, the decimal number 255 is represented as 1111111111 in 8-bit binary, while the decimal number 0 is 00000000 in 8-bit binary. Red, green, and blue each have 8 bits, making 24 bits in total for a coloured pixel.
Therefore, 255 in binary is 11111111.
An IMAGE file is encoded in this binary. The reason that That the sequence 11111111 is repeated often is because it is the color of the image is majorly white. This sequence represents a white-colored pixel.
