To insert slide headers, footers, and page numbers on the insert tab, select header and footer. Toggle on or off the options such as date and time and footer. For footer, enter text for example hello. We can apply it to the single slide or to all slides. Notice the footer and date appear on each slide depending on the layout configuration of each slide.

Tip: To remove a particular header or footer from a document, select it with the Edit tool, then right-click it, and choose Delete from the menu.
How to insert footer in WPS Presentation Click the Insert tab the Header and Footer button. In the popup dialog box, click the Slide tab or the Notes and Handouts tab. Check Footer, and enter the corresponding contents in the input box. Finally, click Apply to All or Apply.

If a Header or Footer exists, click Update otherwise click Add. When finished with the Header or Footer, click OK to save the changes.
In the Page Layout tab, in the Page Marks group, click Header Footer, then the Manage Headers Footers dialog appears. Select a profile in the Select profile list, and click Add. Select the type of header or footer: Text: Enter text for your header or footer.
