okay if if youve sort of passed the recruiter and now youre dealing youre about to deal with the hiring manager skills and everything are important but generally speaking as i said before the hiring manager will care more about whether they like you or not um so more of your personality more of your soft skills you know being likable is like the number one thing being able to get along with them really well could you guys work together well thats the number one question okay because theyre gonna hire the person that they like the most of all the qualified people the way this works is you know you if you go through standard channels what usually happens is they post the job and then you get a bunch of people applying for it some people are qualified some people arent okay so in theory what they do is they pick a few people that look like theyre technically qualified just going from their resume or their application so the only people that they invite from it for an interview are
