Apply a solvent like rubbing alcohol, hair spray, or hand sanitizer to an inconspicuous area of the garment with a cotton swab and let it sit for 1 to 3 minutes. Blot with a paper towel, and if no color comes off on the towel, continue to pretreat. Blot excess ink with a paper towel to remove ink from clothes.

Be careful not to vigorously rub the fabric as this could damage the fibers. And lead to pilling.
Use a Q-Tip soaked in a solvent like brake fluid, acetone, or rubbing alcohol to lift ink out of the page. If chemicals dont work, try carefully rubbing the ink off with an eraser, razor blade, or even a fine-grit sander.
Because ink is designed to stay on whatever surface you apply it to, when pen marks stain clothing and fabric, machine washing wont be enough to get the stain out. Instead, you need to use a special stain pretreating technique prior to machine washing, starting with clear alcohol-based hand sanitizer gel.
Do your little artists love to color on everything but paper? OxiClean can help fix ink and marker stains, and the worry that goes with it.
Isopropyl alcohol also known as rubbing alcohol reigns supreme for ballpoint ink stains. People swear by hair spray, nail polish remover, hand sanitizer and alcohol is the big common denominator between all these. Rubbing alcohol dissolves the oil of pen ink in stained fabric or an ink stained area.
Dab rubbing alcohol onto the ink. Allow a couple of minutes for the alcohol to penetrate the surface and react with the ink. Blot the ink stain using paper towels or pre-dampened cloth soaked in either water or alcohol. If the alcohol is ineffective, try using foaming shaving cream and repeating the steps above.
To remove colored stains such as coffee, wine, fruit juice, hair dye, ink and felt tip pens from porcelain and ceramic tile surfaces, you can use SR95 Stain Remover. SR95 completely eliminates stains which normal cleaning products cant get rid of.
