Use eraser The easiest way to remove a background in PowerPoint is to use the Eraser tool. Select the object with the background, and then go to Home Drawing Tools Eraser. Use the Eraser tool and drag over the part of the image that you want to remove.
On the slide, select the box that contains your text. On the Animations tab, select the Add Animation drop-down menu, and select an animation, such as Appear, Fade In, or Fly In. Select the Animations tab, and then select Animation Pane. (In PowerPoint for Mac 2011: On the View menu, select Custom Animation).
Change the color: Click the color palette icon and choose a color. Adjust the thickness: Use the up and down arrows next to the color palette. Undo/redo: Click the undo and redo arrows. Erase: Click the eraser icon and drag over your drawing to erase it.
You can add lines to connect shapes or use lines to point to pieces of information, and you can delete lines. Notes: For information about drawing shapes, see Draw or edit a freeform shape. If youre having trouble deleting a horizontal line, see Delete lines or connectors below.
If the content of your document is too large, you can use the Document Inspector tool that comes with PowerPoint to automatically check and remove the sensitive information to achieve the effect of redaction.
Select Check for Issues Inspect Document. Select the types of content that you want to inspect, and then select Inspect. Review the results. For each type of content that you want to remove from the document, select Remove All.
On the ribbon, select the Table Design tab. In the Draw Borders group, at the right end, select Eraser.
To remove some or all of what youve written or drawn, right-click the slide, point to Pointer Options, and then do one of the following: Click Eraser, and then hold down the left mouse button and drag the eraser over what you want to erase.
