this is a really quick tutorial on how to remove irregular spacing in your data set which usually occurs when youamp;#39;re pulling data from another source and what I mean by irregular spacing is spacing in front or behind text or double spaces in between text and we do that by using the trim function so if we put equals trim open parentheses select the text in question and then hit enter we see that the space in front of hello hello was removed and then the double space in between hello and goodbye was uh switched to a single space and thereamp;#39;s actually a space after goodbye that you canamp;#39;t see that is also removed here if we drag this down to the next cell youamp;#39;ll see that it gets rid of the space between you and the double space between will learn and there you have the trim function to get rid of spaces in front behind and double spaces in between text thanks a lot for watching I hope this helps
