Void shipping labels individually After you void a shipping label, the cost of the label is credited to your account. This amount is applied to the cost of any shipping labels that you buy in the future. If the package has been shipped, then contact the carrier with the package reference number for help.
If the page indicates the package is not eligible, please contact UPS to request a void. Refund credits for unused shipping labels are delivered in the form of refund to the UPS account directly, in the form of a credit. Refund credits are automatically applied to future UPS invoices.
