In this video, Richard Bern addresses the recent issues with the Blogger image uploader, which some users have reported as malfunctioning. While the uploader works properly on his account, others have experienced missing menu items. As a workaround, he suggests using Google Chrome to drag and drop images directly from the desktop into the blog editor. This method allows users to insert images into their posts and still enables them to move, resize, and edit the images as usual, albeit through a different process than the traditional uploader.
