hello this is Jennifer Bailey and in this lecture Im going to show you how to add titles and subtitles how to use the merge and center option how to embolden underlined Center change color and wrap text so the first thing Im going to do now is put a title on my spreadsheet so in order to enter any information onto a spreadsheet you need to click on the cell where you want that information to be entered and all you need to do is click on the cell and this big black box appears and that is where your information will be put so Im going to put my title in cell a1 and Im just going to give it the title timesheet and as you can see the information appears here and it also appears here so you can edit it here and you can edit it here as well because if you have a lot of information sometimes using this bar here makes it a lot easier because if you have something in the other columns this will be hidden from sight was up here you can see a great long piece of space where you can put your

Double-click the title block to edit. In the Change Title Block Entry dialog box, edit the settings. Click OK.
Open a project that contains sheets that use the title block (or a project into which you have loaded the title block). In the Project Browser, expand Families Annotation Symbols. Right-click the name of the title block to modify, and click Edit.
Modifying the Sheet Title Block of the current project RMB-click any part of the title block of your sheet. Choose Edit Family. The Revit Family Editor opens with this title block loaded. Select and delete any components you wish to delete.
Create a Title Block Click File tab New (Title Block). In the New Title Block dialog, select one of the predefined title block sizes, or select New Size. Add lines and text to the title block. To save the title block, click File tab (Save). Load the title block into a project.
In your Project Browser, under Families \ Annotation, you should find all your titleblock families listed. Right click on each and select Delete. If you are having trouble finding them, you can also right-click in the browser and select Search and type in the name or part of the name of the family.
Renaming a file removes the title block from the selection set, and therefore the AMTITLE command. To remove unnecessary selections from the AMTITLE command: At the Command prompt, enter AMOPTIONS. In the Options dialog box, select the AM:Standards tab.
