Command-Z: undo the previous command. You can then press Shift-Command-Z to Redo, reversing the undo command. In some apps, you can undo and redo multiple commands.
In most Windows applications this keyboard shortcut functions as Redo, reversing a previous Undo. In some programs such as Microsoft Office it repeats the previous action if it was something other than Undo. Apple Macintosh systems use ⌘ Command + ⇧ Shift + Z for Redo.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open a PDF or image. Do one of the following, depending on your previous actions in the file: Choose File Revert To Previous Save [date, time]. Choose File Revert To Last Saved [date, time].
In many applications - including docHub and Microsoft - pressing Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z in MacOS) undoes the last operation/action you performed. Conversely, you can redo the last operation/action performed by pressing Ctrl+Y (Cmd+Y in MacOS).
