hi everyone my name is andy park welcome to this channel in this very short video iamp;#39;ll show you how to remove speaker notes from powerpoint before sharing so these past two weeks iamp;#39;ve had to organize and administer a bunch of virtual presentations for different departments and part of my job was to also distribute these presentations to the audience afterwards now there are two things that i always do before distributing powerpoint presentations the first is to compress and reduce the file size so that they can be shared more easily and i did make a video about this if you want to check it out and the other is to remove the speaker notes with more people having to deliver their presentations virtually now many people are scripting their presentations and using the notes section under the presentation slides to enter their speaking notes while this is super helpful in delivering the presentations this is not something that you generally want to share with the audience so

Choose Tools Edit PDF. In the secondary toolbar, choose More Bates Numbering Remove.

Add or remove guides To show or hide guides, select Guides on the View tab. To add a guide, Ctrl+click or right-click on your slide, point to Guides, and then select Add Vertical Guide or Add Horizontal Guide. To remove a guide, Ctrl+click or right-click the guide line, and then select Delete on the menu.
To remove a table style, select the Table Tools / Design tab on the ribbon. Then select the More drop-down arrow on the right of the Table Styles gallery, and choose Clear Table at the bottom.
